A true story about basketball coach Ken Carter (Samuel L.Jackson) who took over Richmond High's basketball team as head coach. The problem is that the team's players are all misguided and troubled which made his job tough. Through determination and being tough towards the players, he guided them all towards the state high-school championship playoffs.

My Review
A heart warming true story of Coach Carter guiding this thug like students into making them civilized citizens. Showing them that everything the want has to be earned through hard work and discipline. Though society treats them bad, he teaches them that they should take the high road and be above all that. To me, I was definitely touched by the movie.
